Overall, my experience at Calic Bagel was exceptional. The flavors, atmosphere, and customer service all exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend stopping by and trying their delicious bagels for yourself.

Stopped by here to try their picturesque bagels and it was totally worth it! However my number one tip is to order ahead! I didn't even think of checking to see if they did mobile orders, so I walked in and ended up having to wait about 20 minutes for two items. Tons of people were coming in picking up orders or doing delivery pickups so it looks like you can definitely go that route. I had to order a signature stuffed bagel with the garlic cream cheese since that's what drew me to this place to begin with. It came out smaller/less thick than I expected but the flavor was super delicious! I also picked a Ktown Not Philly sandwich on an everything bagel, which has bulgogi, mozzarella, arugula, and gochujang aioli. We didn't eat it right away, and didn't get to eat it until we drove all the way home to Sacramento and reheated it for dinner, and it was STILL delicious so that's saying a lot!! I bet it tasted even better while fresh. The beef was tender and there was a generous amount! The sauce was the perfect spice to add to the sandwich too. I definitely want to try more of the items on the menu here when we return to LA, and will remember to order ahead next time for quick pickup!

It's good, but not worth the wait. If you see a line, come another time. We ordered online in anticipation, but it looks like the hype has died down. These bagels are softer and smaller than usual, but the pack solid flavor. We got one of each and the signature (8) is the best with it's good use of garlic. The pizza bagel (8) would have been better with better quality pepperonis. Like ones that curl and hold their oil. The oil cup pepperoni that are crispy. You know what I'm talking about. The habanero (8) has a good kick and is better than the pizza bagel. Our second favorite. A bit over priced for what you get. And definitely better hot. The signature had better texture than the other two. Good to try once especially for social media.

Calic Bagel is a viral bagel shop located in Koreatown. It's very modern with green and white accent colors. They have limited indoor seating but lots outside. Parking is kind of hard to come by and there's always a line. For the amount of people there, the wait for the food was pretty short and the staff were very helpful. I forgot to buy something and they were able to help me without going back in line. Food We ordered the cheddar cheese calic, the LA Lox sandwich, a plain everything bagel, the blueberry schmear, and bacon scallion schmear. The cheddar cheese calic was stuffed with fluffy and sweet cheddar and was buttery. It's a great size and price at $8. Definitely recommend if you like sweet and cheesy. The LA Lox sandwich was fresh and delicious; for $13, again a great portion for what you get. The plain bagel was fluffy and heavily seasoned for $3. The schmears, $4, were great with the bagel and just a regular bagel in general. Overall, highly recommend trying them out and definitely go for their stuffed bagels and schmears. Overall | 5 The ambiance + service: 5/5 The food: 5/5 The price: $$

*No Cash- Credit cards/Apple Pay only. I visited on a Sunday morning, and it wasn't too busy. It took me around 15 minutes from ordering to getting my order ready. They also offer online ordering to expedite the process. I tried their Signature Calic and Habanero Calic. The Habanero Calic had more kicks compared to the Signature one. If you enjoy spicier options, definitely go for that one. However, other than the spice level, the two flavors didn't differ much in taste. The bagel has a nice, soft chewiness. It also has a good ratio between the bagel and the cream cheese. I also got their Scallion CC Schmears--perfect to eat at home with some chips or spread on your plain bagel. They provide free parking in their parking structure. The place is also clean, spacious, and perfect for individuals and groups.

Calic Bagel was on my sister's Yelp bookmark lists, so I decided to venture on with her to try this place out. I appreciate their check-in system which allowed us to place our order online, NOT wait in line, and due to the extensive amount of people here -our order took 25-30 minutes to be ready. The Krunch (KBBQ Brunch) X Gabs sandwich for $15 was worth the wait, so good! Krunch contained Galbi patty, kimchi, egg, cheddar cheese, onions, arugula and garlic aioli inside on of their special bagels. Parking is horrendous around here. We drove around a couple times, before finding a nearby spot to walk from. Service was okay, not much interaction with ordering online. Just slow to receive our order. Nice casual spot with inside and outside seating.

I wish they weren't so far! they're absolutely delicious! I've shared them with my work colleagues and family, they're great! highly recommend.

Oh so yummy - that garlicky spread. Ugh so good. We went twice during our quick weekend getaway in SoCal. Order ahead saved us time - thank you for that! It was super busy on the weekend. Even the plain bagel with cream cheese was really good. Also, the matcha latte with oat, pretty good, I also ordered both times we went. Do I recommend - heck yes Will I go back next time I'm in LA - heck yes
